The Bonaparte Legacy is an alternate history mod for Darkest Hour bringing the player into a completely different -yet so familiar- Europe. First released in 2011, TBL was in development until 2014 when author stopped working on it. In 2017, a new team was assembled and work started again on The Bonaparte Legacy. Since then, the development of the mod has been going on.
There are some crappy things, that just pure annyoing.
Biggest problem i think is when France does the Barbarossa. If you are France, the mod will spawn 1945 medium tank division to the soviets. If you are the soviet, it will happen on the other side.
Even for a 0.7 it lacks content for some countries, like the Sovietunion doesn't really have any content if you are not going for the Trotsky path.
Neither the USSA besides Roosevelt.
But i think the idea is cool and done better than generic alt-history mod, when something happened 50+ years ago and the world is just like that when you start the game.
It shows potential and i will definitely follow it.
