Hello everyone. It's been 2 months since we last had an update. We weren't sleeping at all. A lot of work has been done. So here is the wrap up.


1) New Team members:

--- HavocWars - early beta testing. Don't ask me for this position just yet folks. He's all we need for now.
--- Guppy19 - He does Graphic Design and Game Artwork.


MANY THANKS to Aydynbek and his friend for hosting a new website for us. The website is still a WIP

so we will have to stick to freewebs just a little more.


2) Models and Skin Updates:

--- New Vehicle Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV)-- in-game this vehicle will replace the LVTP7A1 via

upgrade. It will not override existing lvtp7a1's that the player currently have. just makes the lvtp7a1 not

avaible for purchase and instead the EFV will be. The EFV is amphibious just like the Lvtp7a1 but the EFV has upgraded armor more advanced weapon and Faster Naval speed using the high speed water mode.

--- Redone ALL UNIT SKINS--- All vehicles and aircrafts have been given improved skins for better visibility of

detail in-game. Texture sharpened, highlighted Detail.....

---- Sample of a Destroyed Vehicle Model ---- There is no need to show all of them but this is an example so

you guys know what Destroyed Vehicles look like in TAOW

---- Major editing on Humvee Skins --- The Original humvee is now an Up-Armored humvee. This helps stick with

the Near Future time line.

---- Vehicle Armor (ERA) ---- New Explosive Reactive Armor has been modeled for the M1A2, M2A3, and Humvee.

This can be added onto the vehicles via upgrade. This will increase the vehicle's survivability against

explosive warheads and Armor Piercing Rounds. Note this is still a WIP. Skin wise the m1a2 Tusk is fully uv'd

and textured. (no render yet sorry)

---- Vehicle Doors and Door Animations--- Vehicle Doors/ hatches have now been added to infantry capable

vehicles and large cargo aircrafts like the c-130 and c-17. (c-17 is a WIP). The doors will open and close as soldiers embark or disembark the vehicle.

---- Sandbags ----- A total Military Necessity. includes many different types. They may be built by Support vehicles and units. The sandbags will be able to shield soldiers during firefights.

---- Parachute ----- A more realistic parachute to drop off vehicles into the battlefield. 2 much larger parachutes...

3) Downloads:

----- New Wallpaper Artwork------------ available for download (10280by1024) support for high res users.

---- Upcoming Features and Game play Documents ---- Very Interesting Document that will answer most of your questions but at the same time make you crave for TAOW even more. Wait till you here about our new game play system, game play modes and simulations [coming soon].

The EFV (Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle) and the AAVP-7A1 (LVTP-7A1) will be used in "special" duties, both are amphibious, and we are planning a very cool role for them ^^
