I'm just seeing if I can change the hand texture a bit
I like it.
Is his thumbg somehow poking into the foregrip or is there a hole where his thumb is?
I think there is a rivet there on the hold wehre the thumb goes.
It's supposed to look like that. The wooden foregrip kind of slants up and then in and then down into the handle as such:

there's a little divet before it extends into the forward handgrip so techincally it is right.
