Well, maybe you can add the .big files to Lang_English(or your local language)/1.2 folder and written in config.txt just like this:
add-big English.big // French.big/German.big/Chinese.big or others
add-big MutantTestMOD_0.xx_Misc.big
add-big MutantTestMOD_0.xx_Streams.big
add-config ..\1.1\config.txt
