Description
Here's the background map as of 9/21/2014. We are working on a significantly better one, but this one worked well as a proof-of-concept. This map was based off the 1998 launcher background image found in the leak files.

He absolutely does. And I saw you and your pal making a mad fuss about Build2001 using this background map, not sure if you've been living under a rock, but this project released all their work and said that people can absolutely "Feel free to reuse, redistribute, and modify any contents of the mod."
