Hmmh, I assume the poorly censored crotch area is to create curiosity in viewers that whether or not have you in fact added alien penises in your game. The reason why to do that is to cause people to download Tales from the Galactopticon to see if they can find really alien penises and what they might look like all the while causing a sudden "popularity jump", and as you know, the more popular mod is, the more popular it becomes. All in all, the plan is to gain fame and with fame comes mohney.
Scheme:
1. Create a mod
2. Vaguely imply it has alien penises in it
3. ???
4. Profit!
