A lot of improvements have been made from vanilla version, but we're not satisfacted yet...

That sounds like a nice concept!
I allways wanted to search the buildings to see what has been left behind by their former inhabitants and imagine them living there. But sadly most of those are left empty in vanilla Stalker and most mods too.
And even better if some of those items can be of use.
Looking forward to visit the Zone again! :)
