M4A1 + variants and CQBR + variants have a vertical foregrip again
Some MP5 variants didn't had recoil when zoomed

Muzzle velocities have been improved with real life values (Thanks to Ryker for providing a complete list)
Now the Benelli Nova can be equipped as a secondary
Handcuffing time has been reverted to 3.0 again to prevent some glitches
Lockpicking time has been changed from 20 to 12
Lightsticks now have a larger radius and last a lot longer, also you will carry 20 instead of 10
Optiwand now is pulled at a regular speed, lens turning speed has been tweaked to be a bit slower.
GP5 didn't used the correct mesh
Medium Body Armor regular variant mesh was invisible
x5 grenade packs were too heavy, also C2 (Single) and C2 x5 weren't working as expected
New headgear and bodyarmor wouldn't show up in MP unless the server used custom packages, this has been fixed by adding all the new protective equipment to SEF protective equipment classes.
New Toolkit sounds
Some weapons have improved iron sights values
Some AI behaviours have been improved
Some sounds now can trigger AI investigation
Keybinds have been changed to provide a better gameplay:
Aimdown sights: Middle mouse button
Equip primary weapon: Wheel up
Equip Secondary weapon : Wheel down
Melee: Left CTRL
Check Lock: B
Give item: G
Equip Lightstick: 1
Equip Handcuffs: 2
"On my order" Command: Z
Crouch is now toggled with C instead of holding it
Running now works by holding Shift instead of pressing it once.
Crosshair is disabled by default (you can enable it in settings)
AI now will use NVG's instead of flashlights if they have one (Thanks to Beppe)
Flashbang fusetime has been changed to 2.3 seconds, and now the AI has a small delay to match this fuse time.
Now you won't get scores above 100 (Thanks Beppe for this fix)
Singleplayer optional uniforms have been provided in a .rar file with instructions on how to install them.

You mean a low ready stance?
Yes, for example the animation that the character does when pointing at a teammate, which lowers the posture
It's a cool idea but it's in First Respondes mod already, you should check it out

Two things could've happened:
1 - You installed the mod wrong (suggest that you perform a clean installation)
2 - Could be a resolution issue, in that case, you will have to take your resolution down a bit
