The end of Startup.ini doesn't look alright, try changing
";..\..\Content\Test\Maps..\Content\Sounds;" to ";..\..\Content\Sounds;"
yes your right.. doing this gives & makes them all respond to commands with sound.. if you don't want them to then you can leave it like that.
