UPGRADING TO SUPCOM2020 MOD! JOIN THE DISCORD FOR DETAILS. A 'scale and gameplay modification' that changes more than just unit sizes. Basic units have been shrunk in size but now produce much faster. Projectiles shoot farther, and both units and projectiles move at more realistic speeds, so terrain and army composistion are more closely linked. View distances are also augmented. Keep it mind this is only a mod, do not expect it to be completely bug free or balanced. A full list of changes can be found in the 'Features' section.

Report RSS SupCom2013: New Beta Soon, Tournament Scheduled, Milestones reached!

Although it seems like things have been slow in the past few weeks, with no "Let's Play Monday", and relative quiet on most fronts, but that is only because work has been going on very hard behind the scenes... A new Beta is in the works, our first tournament is on the horizon, and we also have other reasons to celebrate!

Yes, the hard work continues on Beta 3. It should be released before the months end (hopefully as early as this weekend if I ever decide to stop adding stuff). Screenshots are being posted daily on the ModDB page to keep your appetite wet until the new Beta gets here, and I can tell you this beta is the biggest to change overall gameplay since the original Alpha versions of the mod.

A November release will give everyone more than an entire week of the new Beta to practice up for our very first Tournament, tentatively scheduled for December 8, 2012, and hosted at Challonge.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support thus far. We recently reached a couple of milestones; 50 ModDB members 'watching', and 200 people in the Steam Group. Words can not describe my elation that the Beta 2 version is close to 1000 downloads, I never would have expected such a demand and to see such positive comments from people after they play. THANK-YOU!

I can't wait to reach the next milestones: 300 members and 100 watchers, and 1500 downloads of Beta 3 maybe? Please, everyone, if you enjoy your experience with the mod tell your friends and family who like to game. Invite them to the Steam Group, and make sure they know about the ModDB page!
