You have been accused of revolutionary and are taken to the citadel for booking and processing. The chain reaction of City 17 happens, with the rumbling of the tower you break free, and have two choices (Run and escape, but loss of allies) or (Deactivate other cells, which gives you more allies to fight with, at the loss of time). You then fight towards and enter the citadel hanger, which holds gunships and dropships....

But, if to inspire you is the citadel, or one surround similar, I have to say that on these images we feel a too repetitive side, that misses unpredictable, of part which stand out from the lot, the we indeed have something attractive, but regrettably fast boring to look, the same report with corridors by examples.
Even if the citadel is a stiff and well structured place, the player is going eventually tire of wandering in corridors which will lose their originality in the course of the game.
