The chain reaction of City 17 happens, with the rumbling of the tower you break free, and have two choices (Run and escape, but loss of allies) or (Deactivate other cells, which gives you more allies to fight with, at the loss of time). You then fight towards and enter the citadel hanger, which holds gunships and dropships....
