Description
The animations of the heavy hover tank have been slightly improved (their behaviour when aiming and shooting especially) ahead of the Version 4 release
I'm not seeing why since some have hover propulsion and others have tank treads.
when they go in, it lowers their damage zone slightly, so there is a very tiny benefit, in ranged combat. I think it's okay for the player to be able to do it, but enemy-controlled forces won't do it.
