a cat dies if it reaches 200 health points, perhaps GetActorProperty(0,APROP_Health)<200 should be "<=200" ?
How do you even make it work? i put gzdoom latest in there i have doom 1 and 2 wad files. and i still get vanilla ordinary doom.... What gives?
with command line. for example:
gzdoom -iwad doom.wad -file strayDoom.v01.zip
I enter this command into the command line, nothing comes out (
for the command to work, you just need to install gentoo linux, download and build the gzdoom sources, make install them, and download wad/pk3-resource files. thats all, very simple :-p
You could also use CMD prompt on Windows using a already built version. Or rename the .zip to a .pk3

Just drag and drop the zip file on gzdoom.exe and you are good to go

Did you install GZDoom properly? You can do either of the following:
1. Place one or more of these wads in the same directory as GZDoom.
2. Edit your gzdoom-username.ini and add the directories of your iwads
to the list beneath [IWADSearch.Directories]

The precious boi is invisible how do i see the cat
step 1:
download the latest version of gzdoom
www zdoom org downloads
extract to something like c games gzdoom
step 2:
download the latest version of freedoom
freedoom github io download.html
extract to something like c games gzdoom
step 3:
download this mod
copy to something like c games gzdoom
step 4:
drag the zip file to the gzdoom exe file
and voila!
If someone wonders how to run this (I did).
Just rename .zip to .pk3
Game crashes when i open it.
