You need source sdk 2013 and right click: Goto properties and hit beta set it to upcoming and install the game into your source mods folder use 7 zip or win rar to extract. Make sure its singleplayer

You may want to build up a lot of structure around this are so the player can't see the end of the map or fall out of it on accident.
