Stargate: War Begins is a full conversion for the awesome tactical fleet simulator Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. We intend to recreate the feeling of the hit Sci-fi Tv shows Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe. Our goals are to implement all of the ships seen in the series, and the original Stargate movie, and to release a full single player campaign, with configurable ships, and all the oppurtunities Nexus can provide.

guys i don't if its just me but i have had problems getting the video to work.. just thought i'd let you know
Yeah i had trouble loading it to, i have to reload the page about 5 times before it worked :/
But the video it self was Gr8, i recon use should keep the TV episodes goin,

Don't know guys, i left to work before it finished processing. O hope that moddb will smooth it out in time. I would like to reupload it in better quality, but my internet connection is crap.
And i rendered this vid like 20 times before it got to be good. I had many problems that's why the delay. Sorry. We will make further episodes i hope because i enjoyed making it very much.

Thanks. Neither of us are pro talkers, and i'm a video editor of about intermediate quality right now, hope school will make that better next year.
We have many stuff i had to remove because of time/boredom constraints, but those (mainly tutorials) will be posted later.
And we talked through skype and Mul recorded it, that's why it got to be so natural.

ermmm your mod is sooo great.... but the shield colors or textures or whatever they are doesnt look soo good(atleast i think so) the shields like in the last SGA episode when deadalius took that damage from thet hive... the shields were AMAIZING soo iff you could make them look like that or atleast close the mod would me THE BEST!!!!
Well, the shield effects are basically textures, so they should be doable, but at the moment we do not have a texture artist:(

Awesome guys, can't wait for the update in a few hours. I'm psyched! I can now put voices to your posts and it looks like the mod is in good hands, people who respect the series and a good game at the same time.

What abaut Drone damage?
I mean the drones do fire but don't make any damage. I hope they will and if we are going to talk abaut the sheilds shouldnt the Antient shields be stronger than Asgard or Tau'ri??

the damage through the shealds are electronic sergis that dammage the electronics not shots gitting through the shealds
