Stargate: War Begins is a full conversion for the awesome tactical fleet simulator Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. We intend to recreate the feeling of the hit Sci-fi Tv shows Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe. Our goals are to implement all of the ships seen in the series, and the original Stargate movie, and to release a full single player campaign, with configurable ships, and all the oppurtunities Nexus can provide.

if IIRC the BC304s have their 2 main sublight drives very close to the center, so it might still be able to move...

You never actually see the Taurus in the series. (It was created for the campain) but you do get to see other ships of its class.

Not that i don't like it, guys- but i really think it would be much, much better to also see some work on the ships that we're expecting so badly, like the ori cruiser and fighters or the ancient aurora and destiny, rather than showing only new ship variations or CGI models.

Nice work, but i agree with Aponia. It would be nice to know how far you have gotten with the other ships! Good luck and A Happy New Year to ALL!

Those fans, one can give them so many and they still want more. Very well, in-game shot of Apophis' Prototype within 24 hours.

I think it looks amazing DreamorCZ. Im quite curious as to how 7/8ths of the starboard hanger bay looks to have been shot off! lol.

Well obviously xD. But usually if you get a chance to shot up a ship that bad, you finish it off, or the resulting force's from the destruction of that hanger bay being destroyed would have destroyed the ship.

if it was a focused energy weapon it would have simply disintegrated the hangar like shown, notice the semi circle part of whats left of the hangar
