Trains Elite units and allows certain Upgrades.
I didn't expect this'd get so far. The Empire at war community has free release models available if you can port them from .alo to whatever Generals uses. EJ also has a large package of .obj free release models from Warlords that you can use, might save a bit of time with model making.
