those look new! i never seen those ships in the clone wars
It's a fan design that can also be found in the Clone Wars Holdouts mod for Empire at War, does a pretty good job fitting the CIS aesthetic honestly.

what's its name?
Kharak's name for it was the Commerce Guild Light Cruiser - "Overseer-class"
We've dubbed it the Discordant-class.
