Victory-II class Frigate image - Star Wars Rise of Hope mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Star Wars Rise of Hope is a mod that will be based on the early Empire and its fall against the Rebel Alliance and its following sucessor the New Republic.
The Victory-II class Frigate was a sword-shaped Imperial warship.
It was very common to see it acting as escort for larger ships, like the Imperial-class Star Destroyers.
Lacking any type of complement for starfighters, the Victory-II was armed with the weapons needed to counter the enemy fighters and any other type of ships of its size.
I made this ship as a tribute to Star Wars Battlefront II, the game that created it. It has one engine in each side of the bridge and one turbolaser tower. Also, its the first ship which I can say I redid completely its texture, there´s more to come with my newly learned technique to do AO maps to make ships look more legit.
Soon, a great upgrade will come so stay alert ;)

One turbolaser tower? Now it's making me think like it's one over-sized Bayonet-class. xD
Did you drop a texture (from somewhere else) unto it or did you redo the texture completely?
It has the same weapons layout than the YVAW free released, I just replaced one turbolasers with the tower.
I took one of the SD textures and drop it all above the original texture, so this way I didn´t touched almost nothing of the UV and it looked more natural so to say.
Nice job and it makes it look more uniform with the ISD's. I think it might look cool with a few more turbolaser towers kind of like this one:

Thanks, I tried to make it look like the BF2 version. Adding more towers wouldn´t look good I guess, that´s why I added only one, to tribute BF2.
I was thinking of free releasing it as its a great looking ship, I can get those turrets from Battlefront and make it a choice for whoever want them or the ones you see on the image.
