Description
I´ve been experimenting with the textures and Photoshop, and found out that it was better to redo the texture than redo the UV of the ship.
I tested it with CC-9600 and now I really really think it looks far better than before, and it has team colors too.
In the left you have the new one, with the redone texture, and in the right the one that has the UV redone. Who looks better?

Now with this new method being applied to next ships, expect the ISDs posted back with new cool looking textures ;)
Notably, redo the UV costs me 1-2 hours, but with this technique is only a matter of minutes.
