In your gamedata/addon folder is there a AAA-v1.3 folder? The patch should install such a folder.

The same problem and I select an AAA-v1.3 folder and it still did not work
you won't select the aaa-v1.3 folder. You select the gamedata folder. Not the _lvl_pc, not the addon and not the data folder. The GameData folder where the game's exe is located!!
FYI there is no option to select the install path.
there is a option if 1) the directory wasn't found in the registry, 2) the path is wrong (not sure if this is in the latest release version already included)

This is Fantastic!The main menu's low resolution was a big pain in the A.But I've got a question for you.As far as I know,since the game is gonna run from a new shortcut,its not gonna increase my steam playtime,which sucks.I was wondering,will there be an update to fix this issue for steam players?

I don't have the steam version, but as far as I know you can configure steam to pass parameters to the game exe. Add /resolution 1920 1080 to the parameters and start from steam instead of the shortcut

Just tested it.Turns out steam automatically recognizes the shortcut.And Also,if you guys don't want a shortcut on your desktop,you can just do as Anakin said and go to your game's properties on steam,and set the command as your launch option.You are one hell of a modder,my friend.Thanks again.
no problem :D Steam is doing nothing else then the shortcut. If you use the shortcut without the mod installed it would looks just as messed up like you know it from steam ;)

?? i cannot believe that, it changes nothing on the localize files and nobody else complained. Are you sure you haven't changed something else?
some mods change the text and do not support all languages. For example Ras Proescuter only supports english
Well no, i have not changed anything. My game had english text and english voices, now it has german text and english voices. Even though i am german and have no problem with the reading, it still bugs me, cuz some mods dont work properly in german.
I have the gog version of the game, so i am able to change the language, normally, but not in this case... changing it, didnt do anything.
und was genau ist auf deutsch? Das menü, oder die ingame texte? Denn am Ingame hab und kann ich mit einem gc script nichts ändern. Hast du mal probiert die gc datei zu verschieben oder um zu benennen (quasi den mod ausgeschaltet) und dann mal geschaut, ob das Problem gelöst ist?
Das Menü und die Namen der Truppen. Und die Tipps die beim Laden gezeigt werden. Ne mit der gc datei habe ich nichts gemacht, wo ist die denn?
Auf die namen der Einheiten und die load Tipps habe ich mit dem gc Skript keinen Einfluss. Die gc Datei ist im GameData\Data\_lvl_pc\ Ordner

Scheint so. Also an den Einstellungen der Sprache habe ich wirklich nichts geändert. Und an Spielinternen Dingen, wie das Pause menu habe ich sowieso keinen direkten Einfluss von einem GC script aus.

Das kenne ich nur zu gut. Bestes Beispiel, letztens ist bei jemanden Adobe Illustrator abgestürzt und startete nicht mehr. Es lag daran, dass ein neuer Netzwerk Drucker installiert wurde und als Standarddrucker ausgewählt war. Bis man sowas mal gefunden hat...

you just need to select the folder if it wasn't autodetect. If your registry points to the wrong folder you need to fix that or delete the broken entry to get the select folder screen. More Infos on the summary page in the FAQ section

DVD or steam version? Take a look at the FAQ it tells you how to manually fix that

this just fixes the broken menu interface to fit the higher resolution of today's monitors.
I have a suggestion and bug (but overall brilliant work with this!).
Is it possible to still increase the font size? I still tend to find it a bit straining to read.
The bug I found (though a small one) is that whenever you respawn and you are at the unit selection, the unit counter below each soldier model gets stuck behind the feet of the soldier. If you select another soldier, the problem goes away.
Thank you for your feedback. Can you send me picture of the bug you mentioned? I wonder that there are so many reporting bugs regarding the ingame experience, since this mod ONLY changes the menu interface. All ingame scripts were not touched.

Thanks. One other thing I noticed is that for the class descriptions, the names of the weapons will sometimes go from side to side to top to bottom.

Hi, this doesn't work for me... I've installed the Unofficial Patch from the trhead on gametoast and the installer says that I don't have the Unofficial Patch installed... As I saw on one of your comments, there must be a folder inside of the AddOn folder related to the Unofficial Patch, but there is nothing.
in general the autodetection should work, but sometimes it doesn't. Check if the 1.3 patch works for you. Therefore you can have a look at the campagin screen. if you have a new button to get the campaing list, the 1.3 patch works.
Well i don't want to fix another user problem with the installer. So if you can wait a few more days, i hope i can release the new version tomorrow and then there is an new installer where you can bypass the 1.3 check
