STLU Version 0.3.7:

Changed Weapons:
Fuesion Beam -> Phaser Bank (Green)
Gauss Cannon -> Phaser Bank (Blue)
Phased Array Laser -> Phaser Bank (Red)

Factories / SCH's for these weapons should also be working. (untested)

These weapons should be compatible with all Federation ships.

Updated Races:
ATF -> Starfleet
Boron -> Voth

Scripts:

Added the sublight hotkey / script. Temporarily adds engine tunings to the player's ship, dramatically increasing speed for a minute.

Ship Changes:

The Vengeance and Constitution class ships both have emissive maps, meaning they glow in the dark in some spots.

Added the model of the Tholian Tarantula, no weapons, cameras, or TShips entry yet. Only model and textures.
