Return to the Zone in S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Wormwood, a high-difficulty survival-oriented realism modification for GSC Game World’s S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Call of Pripyat. Wormwood builds upon the core Stalker experience, enriching the latest in the cult game series with brand new survival mechanics, intense and realistic gunplay, new missions, levels, fleshed-out building interiors and much, much more.
We on the Dev Team really enjoyed the Pripyat-1 Underpass map, but the storyline never gave much of a chance to explore it.
We’re opening the Underpass up, adding new interiors, anomalies and loot, adding A-Life, and turning it into a level you can access at any point after you've unlocked it.
That is something that i allways wanted in Stalker Call of Pripyat! thank you so much for this! :o
It's a massively under used area. In a Soc mod it was used as an axis for travel between may places and some of those big vault style doors in the Domed area led to different maps, They'd be great for a lab.
I was freeing Mitay earlier and was looking at that warehouse there, I hope that gets a sprinkle of fairy dust, You should have a look at what Spectrum did to the Bar map for inspiration/idea's, If your working at that sort of level as I think you are we will be getting something special from Redux.
Indeed, idk if you are talking about the lost world mods for soc but there this map had alife, had transitions to a few other maps and had that cut-out cordon night music which to my surprise fit so well, gave me shivers as I was slowly exploring the pass, loved it. And yeah would be awesome if it lead to a lab too.
That was it, Troops of Doom.
How much is based on the original Clear sky concept, and how much is the team taking liberties?
Winner! Anticipation increase.
Wow!
Oh,I'm lookin' forward to this! :D
Friggin' nice!
Thanks SO much for this, have NO idea why the tunnel was no longer accessable after going through it the first time, would've made ALL the effort to skip paying 5000 RU to just return to Pripyat all the more worthwhile and besides, I rather liked those tunnels so yeah, thanks so much for this once more... <3
Very much looking forward to this :D
