this patch will allow a instant capture of any free smart terrain near the player, he will reduce the timer from 31 minutes to 1

About instant. For those confused somehow, I'll help guide you.
First, download the warfare patch and set that up of course.
Next, take this script and shove it in gamedata>scripts, then overwrite the old file. That's about it.
Simple to follow, but brains like mine turn to mush while binging late at night. This may help some others.
