Supply Drops file - Spud's Per Aspera Mods for Per Aspera

Adds a new spaceport mission to orbitally drop a storage center containing an initial supply of resources. The mission is unlocked when you research both Storage Center Management and Advanced Landing Sites. This mod is also included within the Technology Overhaul mod and should not be used at the same time as that mod.
