The locks that is. For me he started selling the locks after doing Darkscape on making my way back to the bar.

Now he has stopped selling them. Is that intended?

Hmm, no, he should be selling them regularly. Do you remember seeing 2 locks available in his inventory?

I will take a look at the files and see why he stopped selling.

I got all the documents for him & am now collecting the armour & other things he wants.

I bought two locks from him early on & am not sure when he stopped selling them.

Download this and extract from main SoC dir, overwrite all when asked:

Hopefully this corrects his probability to sell locks and makes it to 100% of the time, also he should sell 4 at a time now instead of 2.

edit: Went back to a save from the Garbage after overwriting. He still only has a weapon to sell. Will keep the new files & see what happens when I go see Akim from my current quick save.

more edit: Made a mad dash with the current save. Sorry codex_. My fault. I'm getting my mods mixed up. Was looking in the wrong place. Locks ARE there.

I replaced the files from the micro patch & he IS selling two. Yes, I'm a doofus. I'm blaming the weather.

I might go with the 4 lock file.
