Welcome to the first public beta of Skills. The skills mod team has been working vigorusly to bring you this first public release!

How To Play:
You will spawn at the beginning of the map, you are at what is known as the first jump. You must make it to the next jump by either rocket jumping, grenade priming, using the detanators, or what ever way you find that works. You will be returned to that beginning of the jump you were on if you fail to complete it. From the map start it is a race to make it to the end of the map by going through easy to difficult challenges. There are a couple different gameplay modes: racing, top scorer, free for all. Racing is when from start to finish you try to beat your opponent to the finish line. Top scoring mode is when the person who gets the most points wins. Free for all is just easy going completion where you just try to make it to the end of the map. Typically it will be free for all on most server. You may meet certain people that wish to race. It is all up to you what type of skills mode you want to game with.

Scoring:
You will receive 100 points on most maps after completing all challenges. There is no limit to how many points you can get.

Maps
There is only one map release on this first public release. The map that is in this beta is called 'Speed'. It consists of 28 jumps of variating difficulty, it starts out easy and becomes harder as you progress. This map release is a good introduction to newbies who aren't familar with the Skills community.

Notice To Server Admins:
This is the first public beta release, as you may know, with that said you must understand that this modification comes with no warranty. It is offically in what is considered beta version, this version can be unstable depending on the conditions.
