Just a quick fix for the issue with Liberty... turns out a few things got jumbled in the galaxyscenariodef file which was causing weird stuff to happen (like spawning Rheinland shipyards and Bloodhound HF's) when playing as Liberty. Just paste it into your SotSS alpha mod folder and say yes to overwrite.
