The fruit ****** drops in through the ss_shotgun brewery roof, he will run after the nearest survivor and repeatedly hump him, damaging him until someone hits them with their axe. Once they do that, he will fall over with his top open. There is when you shoot him in the head, rinse and repeat three times and you have beat him.
