It is the Giel´s starship. At the Star Wars The Essential Guide to Warfare, it is named as The Helsman, a Praetor Mark II.

Very good news, at the end I could fix all the main skirmish problems. There were many missed things. Now if I fix other several bad or missed things, the mod will be very close to be finished.
