An overhaul of the game's audio SFX for a better and more up to date experience.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
It's recommended to install this addon into a different copy of FR than the one you're currently using, as replacing the game's UAX (audio packages) files will prevent you from joining public multiplayer servers.
On the other hand, copying the files from StreamingAudio and Downed folders and replacing the original files, won't have the aforementioned effect. So, you could use it with the version you play online.
This is the 3rd edition of the sound's overhaul of the First Responders mod. Basically, this is a refinement of the 2 previous editions, plus some new additions.
- All weapons' firing sounds were replaced and tweaked for consistency (for ex. their reverberation etc.)
- All of the officers' footsteps were reworked, refined and mixed with subtle gear rattle to sound better.
- All of the AI's footsteps were retouched to sound more consistent.
- All of gear handling sounds were reworked and mixed with additional movement effects.
- Many ambient sounds were reworked to cancel popping sounds that could be heard, when the audios looped. Loads of other sounds were replaced to sounds better or more realistic such as: door opening, body falls etc.
- Many of the sounds that people make, when incapacitated were changed.
NOTICE: You'll probably have to change the audio settings of the game, with the new files installed. As a rule of thumb, I'd recommend setting the Voice level at 7% of the Sound level, which should be 100%.
The gaming experience changes completely. The immersion of this Repack is totally MAGNIFICENT. I can see the enthusiasm and effort you put into the mod. Excellent Repack and thank you very much for this new gaming experience!
Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoy it.

Idk if I do something wrong but, I can't hear any step
You can't hear any steps at all? Not yours and not others'? Did you adjust sound settings of the game (100% Sound, 7-10% Voice and null or extremely low Music)?
