As we do a lot of research before we make our models we are very sure it's Kubelwagen. Also a Google search on Kurbelwagen will be corrected to Kubelwagen.
It's Kübelwagen, actually. If you don't have Umlaute on your Keyboard, the correct writing would be Kuebelwagen.

The name comes from the German word Kübel which means a tub or a bucket. When you look at the form of the vehicle, you can tell why they thought this would be a fitting name...
