Description
When multiple casters are issued to cast a spell only one will do it. Making a lot easy to cast spells.
Also some spells allow self casting.

I was doing other stuff, but lurking here from time to time and feeling bad for not finish my project… But seeing this community still alive and doing great improvements, finally make me to want to be back and finish the project.
