In the update, we talked about a keypad. This is the model.

Even the keypad looks like a puzzle
The scratches look out of place on the keys, they are also way too consistent. Most of the wear and tear would be in the middle. Try fading them where they'd be pressed the most and add some smudging and a little grime.
Interesting
It's very good, as long as you only need those five digits.
