Rooftops 3 is codename for Rooftops 1 Revisited for WAW CO-OP. It is not a Rooftops 2 sequel, and it has no story. It is just a section of Rooftops 1 entirely redesigned and re-made in WAW for CO-OP. It will be one big map including 80% of rooftop combat only.
