Ok, I know you're working on MP2 engine, but is possible to work this in MP3 engine or not? Maybe with a better engine you guys can do everything you want to do easily. Just an idea
No. We can't work on mp3-engine.
Usually the better the graphics of a game, the more effort it takes to make. High res textures are more difficult to make and high poly models are the same thing.
Rage engine dont have official tools for modding.
