The whole joke in the movie was that these big, hulking and obscenely expensive machines are too crudely designed to fight humans in combat, hence why Robocop just iced the one outside the building with one shot as it was giving him 10 seconds to comply and the other clumsily fell down the stairs.
Would be great to see This in a boss-fight in the MP2 engine, though! Can't wait to see it tear rooms apart! ;)
