So I've started working on the world itself and already added the faction flags (it's a unified flag system as in SoF where all lords have the faction flag). The last one (hand with a sword) doesn't matter since it will not be in the mod. The flag for the Undead faction it's pretty obvious xd Also all Undead faction lords have already the names chosen which was something that required a lot of thought.

The dark lords are mostly based on the nazguls but at same time related to mythological gods from the underworld mostly from Egypt but not only. But I'm still designing the concept. The leader is the one who brought them to life (the story will be revealed some time soon). They're spectres with the power of necromancy, summoning and deception.
