Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Hi SWR Productions, excuse me for this stupid question..
I have downloaded the official map pack for RotR, and how can we capture them "militia vehicles" in the futures release of the mod ? They are a feature for Arena mod only ? Or do you remake the classic maps for RotR and introduce them in ?

At the moment they are an arena only thing but mappers can use them in missions or maps.

They will not however be accesable in normal gameplay.

I hope they are including in the futures campaigns :D !
Do you want to create a remake of the classic Challenges gamemode ? If yes, do you introduce them "militia units" in it ?

And GenX (Dead). This original tank model came from the mod called Zero Hour Unleashed which is now dead thus the developer, IPS, gave the model gave it to several mods.

IPS is also part of our current team :P

I simply asked him dirrectly for the model made some minor touchups and altered the texture to be more neutral and not faction specific.

The GLA would be soooo freakin jealous when they see this beast roll out in the field except for the US you know they have Tank General.Bradley. So Prepare yourselves for 2014 Demolition Derby!

Sounds quite overpowered to me.

But I think it is a lesser Manticore tank. Minus the auto-repair aura, of course

They had some smaller tanks in the announcement video as well. Either battlemasters or something similar without the horde bonus.
I'm guessing this thing is somewhere between the higher tier tanks and the superheavies in power. Maybe like the Golem?

Forgive me for being uninformed, but a militia group. (I already know it's not a faction.) When did this happen? Because I'vd never seen them in game.

Description

When standard barrels are not enough to accomplish objectives, it's time to call in the big guns. The Militia Heavy Tank is a rare but feared sight on the battlefield. Its primary armament are twin 130mm AT guns, designed to punch trough any unlucky armoured target that presents itself. As if this wouldn't be enough, it's also armed with 2 sets of missile pods that act as fire support when the cannons are on reload. Lastly, the machinegun turret on the top is a threat not only to infantry, but airborne targets as well. All of this is packaged in heavy armor and paired with surprisingly good mobility, making the Heavy Tank a serious threat even for well prepared defenses. It also has to be stated that these beasts perform their best when they are supported by additional units with anti air and long range capabilities.
