Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

More like the M110 howitzer, actually. You can see one in Vietnam: Glory Obscured, if it even still exists.
The Tank Destroyer has something of central a superstructure mounting for the gun, rather than the rearwards 'hinge' you see here.
And before I get a funny look, I probably only know that because I reinstalled it just yesterday and it's in one of the install renders.

Yep, pretty much that thing through and through.
And, due to asset reuse, Nod arty.
So, really, it's in the series for as long as double barrelled tanks are.

Yes it looks like German tank destroyer from Yuri revenge in the left side model only, as the turret is down and its size is huge.
In real and depicted here is M-110 SP Artillery.
The militia cant make a 105mm artillery piece, imagine putting a 155mm on a tracked chassis, unless North korean assistance is used like M-1975

Only as much as it's based on a design with the same purpose made by mostly the same people for the same customer in roughly the same period that was also used in an earlier C&C game.
Specifically, this: Upload.wikimedia.org
Extra, if you're still not satisfied: Cnc.wikia.com

the chassis is an m110, the only thing it doesn't have is a 203 mm (which the m110 mounted irl)

Or let's just finally agree that it's M110 howitzer or French Mk F3(I think that's how it's called)

Description

The Militia Artillery is a small but dangerous weapon to face. It's weak armor is compensated by the fact that it doesn't really need to come close in order to cause destruction. Armed with a long range 155mm cannon, it can lob HE shells over great distances. They do not appear often but when they do be sure to eliminate them quickly, as ignoring them is one of the biggest mistake one can make.
