** Changed the names and texts for most factions to represent the year 1300 AD.
** Changed the stats for various units, to further balance and diverse the game. For example the eastern handgunners now will shoot slightly faster than the western or northern ones (due to their longer usage of gunpowder historically in the far East.) Their disadvantage is the slightly higher price and weaker armor. Another example - the Armored Spearmen of eastern nations is now slightly stronger (he was the same as the Persian one, which comes earlier) and costs a bit more. Similar changes to other units, where it was needed.
** Fixed some other small issues.
** EXTRACT THE RAR INTO YOUR MEDIEVAL FOLDER (usually c/program files/medieval 2 or something)
USE either GRACUL AI (if you want a true Free for all campaign and complete chaos everywhere) or SAVAGE AI (if you want to form alliances, keep your allies loyal always and slowly evolve into mid-late game for clashes. This option is much easier and recommended if you are new to STAINLESS STEEL or Rise of Bulgaria. It is also recommended if you play very weak and surrounded nations.)
