If your curious why there is Cold war era tank/stuff in he mod wich it pass on 2020 era it's because in this fictional story the majority of the arms factory in Russia were under massive battle or sudden EMP effect from nucler bombing, wich mean the faction present in the mods (Except the Royal power) were to oblige to buy vehicle from other country or from the military surplus, or they founded new factory in they territory and reused cheap blueprint for arm themselve faster.
