2020 a new revolution happen in Russia after a disastrous nuclear war, certain land becomes uninhabitable, the population is enslaved under the yoke of new monarch or new "Romanov" as the people call them, and the royal army. Several faction raises on the city and campaign, the Proletarian United Front (PUF), the Social Republican Front (SRF), the Nationalist Front (NF) and the General Union of Worker (GUW).
