Project has been renamed to Revolt Revamped. Why, because it's a major overhaul of game files such as a class based system, and overall rewrite of gametypes. Each team is given four classes each with special options in quick menus. Revolt Revamped will still use similar numbering system as predecessor, and will start at 6.0 (stable).

Release Stages
CoD MP Revolt 5x [Up for download when Moddb profile was made]
CoD MP Revolt Revamped 5.5 RC [Release Candidate around APR 2015]
CoD MP Revolt Revamped 6.0 [Stable version around June 2015]
CoD SP Revolt Revamped 1.0 [first stable single player version]
CoD SP Revolt Revamped 2.0 [Second stable version]
CoD UO MP Revolt Revamped 5.5 RC [After CoD MP/SP are done]
CoD UO MP Revolt Revamped 6.0 [Stable version later on]
CoD UO SP Revolt Revolt Revamped 1.0 [After UO MP version]

Revolt Revamped will be a major jump from Revolt 5x. Most code will be modified heavily to get class system working. It's going to be like Merciless Mod V6/UO meets Revolt Mod. Special Operations class is a modern day Medic, Demoman is a engineer like class, plus you got Soldier and Sniper classes.

I have begun development of Revolt Revamped. Right now it's in an experimental state and will not be stable until I rewrite much code. Almost all gametype related code files must have major revisions to work with the class based system. Expect a release candidate out in the next months.

I paused development of Revolt 5x SP (still have the files though). Will resume after Revolt Revamped CoD MP is stable. Will also be called Revolt Revamped as Revolt 5x is the prequel of it.

Later on if Revolt Revamped project seems to play great. I'd like to port some of it's code over to another mod. Perhaps, a CoD/UO Merciless Mod rewrite?

Guest,

Remove all custom maps or mods from main folder. Such as zz_something.pk3

Keep game files such as pak1.pk3 , localized English ect.

I'm working on Merciless Mod 2 right now. Once I improve it drastically I will likely resume development of Revolt Mod Project. Once I get a really good class system working with MM2 I will backport it to Revolt Mod. So you can have odd numbers of classes ect.

Project name switched from Revolt 5x to Revolt Revamped. Didn't want to clutter Moddb up with a new profile for each major revision.

Revolt 5x is the prequel and is the base of Revolt Revamped. The main difference of the two is the class based system in new project, Along with flame grenade support, Flashbang, ammocrates, and medcrates.

If all goes well, later some features might end up a mini-mod for CoD/UO. Merciless Mod rewrite?

People might be interested in a lightweight version of Merciless Mod. More goodies then AWE but not too verbose.
