A conversion for 'Empire at War: Forces of Corruption', Return of the Clones is based on a what-if senario - what if parts of the old Republic had survived Order 66, leading to a civil war between the Empire and Republic. Meanwhile a grassroots Rebellion has started against the tyranny of the Empire, whilst Tyber Zann and his Consortium salvage old Confederacy droid, vehicles, and starships in order to make his own grab for power.
Description
Play as the evil Galactic Empire, the corrupt Zann Consortium, the heroic Galactic Republic, or the new Rebel Alliance! As the Empire reaches new heights of power, challenges form against its rule. While the corrupt Tyber Zann collects and upgrades relics from the Clone Wars to aid his bid for power, a new Republic rises in the outer rim. Taking control of Kamino, new Supreme Chancellor Mon Mothma alongside Jedi Masters Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi create a new Clone army, untainted by the Sith, and ready to restore freedom to the galaxy once more. Meanwhile from a secret base on Hoth, Borsk Fey'lya and others have formed a Rebel Alliance, determined to sweep away all contenders whom they see as corrupt... v5.1 of 'Return of the Clones' includes the restored Rebel Alliance with a few new heroes alongside numerous bug fixes and new models.

I hope so. Personally I haven't tried it but did modify the files.
I can't get this or the 1.3 version for the original game to work properly. I'm a huge noob to modding and this is my first time. I follow the instructions provided for this version and some of the youtube videos for the 1.3 version and I seem to get it installed right but some things like the ARC-170s and a few heroes like the destroyers for the republic side don't have any pictures. I also don't think I'm getting the sounds in there and the 5.1 FOC version has the republic as MISSING. Also both versions seem to freeze the game my computer after a short while of playing them and bring up random notifications on my desktop. Could you please help me to install them correctly? This is my first mod so I'm just a learner and any help you could give would be awesome. Thanks.

dude.... you cant make land troops when playing as republic..... u can make space guyz but not land wen playing in galactic conquest as republic....fix this plox
There's no bug, of course you can build land units in GC
I like the mod aspects. Good units, although Republic seems a bit light on capital ships in space. The AI flat out does not work. The enemy just sits there in campaing and skirmish in space and on the land. I tried swapping in some AI files from another mod with working AI (foc additions v5.0) but no luck. Please finish yer mod and make the AI work. I mean after all if the opponant doesn't do anything what is the point of playing it?

nevermind I read the comments on other version upgraded to FOC 1.1 and seems to work now ..Sorry to knock ya. I have installed FOC on 3 differnet comps so I guess I lagged on the update on this one. my bad

hey why wont the mod work for me,, do i have to install all of them?? i just installed 5.1v???? and when i start it up it take me too forces of corrpution?? plz help
There will definately be a v5.2, though it's very unlikely there'll be more Republic heroes. Rebel heroes though are a distinct possibility.
crakdatank - no, each version is self-contained. Make sure you follow the steps exactly in the readme, which as noted do change if you have the game installed into a non-default directory.

I followed the first set of instroctions to install this mod. They didn't work, so desided to follow the (harder) second way. I got confused the secon way, so would you be able to explain it a little cleerer for those of us who get lost installing this mod?
I think it's FoC, you can tell by the pic it gives above. It's set up like the FoC starter screen.

Hey destryaher This is how to make it work put the roct folder in the mod folder then click on the shorthcut and it will work and also there is a v5.2 but darth windu wasn't put it here on this website.

hey ive been experiencing a problem, when i play as the republis the AI doesnt to anything and is completely inactive, ive read the other comments of the same problem and tryed messing around with it and nothing works i even tried ur AI patch on filefront, no success what so ever, is there somthing i can do to fix this that i miss or is it a lost cause
isn`t soo good this mod because the Zann Consortium have too many fighters, that`s what i thing ...

hey im having the same problem with not being able to get the mod working everytime i click on the shortcut it tells me something like the path doesnt exsist and i dont have the slightest clue what that means. ive tried everything that the readme told me to do and it still wont work... please help
