Because the original creator is busy, I have created an up-to-date version of the famous "GFM Random Genocide Enabler" mod. To further contribute the O.G mod's legacy, I will also be releasing Genocide enablers to other mods such as Divergences of Darkness, Throne-of-Lorraine, Heirs of Aquitaine, and others that people want to request. I believe everyone should have the ability to promote an eco-friendly environment into their Victoria 2 games that allows people to reach to Carbon net-zero.

The fact that the GFM mods are still so petty to disable this is incredibly hilarious to me.
It's usually not that hard to make it work (just annoying) but a mod which skips the annoying part, and allows other people who don't feel like digging around the mod files, experience the joys of culture change is worthy of a tenner.
