To further contribute the O.G mod's legacy, I will also be releasing Genocide enablers to other mods such as Divergences of Darkness, Throne-of-Lorraine, Heirs of Aquitaine, and others that people want to request. I believe everyone should have the ability to promote an eco-friendly environment into their Victoria 2 games that allows people to reach to Carbon net-zero.

I can't find the "genocide buttom" in the decision tab ;(
1. did you install the mod correctly by dragging both the mod file and mod folders into Victoria 2 mod folder.
2. did you try to genocide in a country that is not able to genocide (i.e parliamentary UK)
3. did you enable the genocide mod in the launcher.
Yes, I did. But wich countries can I use the buttom, like a tried with Serbia, using the nacionalist party but it didn't appears.
So that's your issue, Serbia starts off as an Autonomous Dependency to the Ottomans. When you get it free, you should be good so long as it aint Constitutional monarchy or Parliamentary like UK.
