Ultra HD textures. Amazing models for characters, monsters, weapons, hands and items. Enhanced weather, nature, structures, particles, shaders and post process effects. HQ sounds and interface.
Highly recommended - very taxing on the game engine & system. Worth it, no gameplay changes but amazing graphics & effects.

Poor optimization. Pretty ****** restyling of mutants, using models from other games. Boars are awful. Zombies are ghouls from Fallout 3. Rodents and chimeras are mutants from Metro 2033. And stuff. HUD is bad, no stamina bar, very small minimap withount NPC counter. All in whole - not the worst looking thing, but awful optimization and poor choices for styling are ruining all gameplay.
Wow, this mod brings COP into 2017! Graphically it is really pushing the limits of the game engine and might be pretty taxing on older hardware.
I rate a 10 out of 10 because of the graphics and interface have been given enhancements, but the original story and game is all intact!

playing on a i9900x 10 core @ 4.7 with water cooled 2080 ti with recommended direct x10 settings and graphical settings on high... getting 20 frames per second so i know this mod is unplayable for everyone!! Also Enb sun rays look way over done in my opinion.
'Allegedly' no changes were made to gameplay, however you will quickly find that weapon damage has been severely altered for the worse as it takes about 8 direct hits from an AK to put down a dog.... an utter waste of time.

this turned out to be a pretty cool MOD. but manually adding Cromm Cruac's latest Absolute packs, Atmosfear 3, and Absolute Ammunition turned out looking and playing much better.
For some reason this Enhanced Environments and the version labeled Remake have a much lower level of draw distance, much more fog covering the horizon, and some terrible horizon "pop-ins" when rotating the character. Hills, trees, even the weather/clouds looked very bad at the short horizon distance.
It's a 10/10 IMO.
This mod doesn't change the gameplay at all, but it does make the graphics of the game amazing
