Patch Notes Reign of Shadow 0.91 (18.12.2020)

Overall:
- Increased the maximum Sprite Limit from 3000 to 50000 (big thanks to Firehawk for his help!)
- Fixed a bug where gambling throwing weapons could result in gaining gold instead of loosing it
- Decreased the layout size of all Abyss levels
- Reduced the drop chance of unique medium charms in Abyss
- Increased the drop chance of voodoo dolls and token of absolution in Abyss
- Decreased the drop rates of runes and junk items
- Fixed a hard coded bug regarding the calculation of missile ar%
- Critical Vanilla bug that caused every attack rating using missile spawned by a skill to not gain ANY bonuses to attack rating from the skill (IE your Fire Arrow always had an attack rating of normal attack, no matter how much the display said)
- Fixed a hard coded bug regarding the item affix selection
- Vanilla bug that caused magic and rare items to select wrong affixes (of much lower level then the level of an item)

Monster:
- Revamped resistances of all Abyss monsters
- Increased hp pool and movement speed of all Abyss monsters
- Reduced damage values of Succubus, Balrogs and Crypt Demons in Abyss

Items:
- Changed Splash Damage on items from 25% weapon damage to 100%
- Changed the description of radius modifiers from Firenova, Coldnova, Lightningnova and War Cry
- Added Splash Damage to some Set items
- Added a cube recipe to re-roll Uber-Set items
- Added a cube recipe to convert Uber-Set items into Orichalchum
- Reduced maximum resistances on nearly all items by around 50%
- Reduced absorb/absorb% on nearly all items by around 33%
- Reduced curse length reduction on nearly all items by around 50%
- Reduced damage reduction % on many items by around 33%
- Reduced chance to reanimate on nearly all items
- All Dagger and Wand bases can now have 2 or more sockets
- Fixed a bug where Ring of the Past/Future/Presence was not able to drop

- Cerebus' Bite: Replaced Level 1-4 Hunger by Feral Rage
- Stormspike: Reworked stats... it's now a caster weapon
- Baranar's Star: Removed enhanced damage during time and increased enhanced damage %
- Time and Space: Overworked stats to fit Ring of the Past/Future/Presence

- Added a new Uber Merc-Set
- Reduced the stats of several Sets (e.g. Arctic, Hsarus, Cleglaws, Vidalas)

Skills:

Overall:
- Reverted Whirlwind to Classic Whirlwind (independently of weapon speed)
- Fixed the calculation of Nova's/War Cry radius

Barbarian:
- War cry: Gains 1 extra radius per 2 hard points
- Bul Khato's Avatar: Replaced the AI with a new one which doesn't ignore poisoned Enemies
- Iron Skin: Removed chance to block
- Natural Resistance: Changed magic resistances from 2% per hard point to 5% (base) + 1% per hard point
- Shout: Reduced curse length reduction from 2.5% per hard point to 5% (base) + 1% per 2 hard points
- Bash: Fixed flat damage not applied to knock backed enemies

Amazon:
- Askari's Force: Now gives flat defense instead of % defense (that's how it was intended)

Paladin:
- Salvation: Reduced maximum elemental resistances from 1% per hard point to 1% per 2 hard points

Druid:
- Earthquake: Guess what? It's gone... :)
- Earthquake: Reworked the skill completly

Assassin:
- Burst of Speed: Reduced curse length reduction from 2.5% per hard point to 5% (base) + 1.5% per hard point
- Fade: Reduced damage reduction from 2.5% per hard point to 5% (base) + 1.5% per hard point
- Death Sentry: Now shoots 10 times

Sorceress:
- Firenova, Coldnova and Lightningnova: Gain 1 extra radius per 4 hard points into their Mastery Skill
- Chilling Armor: Reduced "maximum resistances" from 1% per 2 hard points to 1% per 4 hard points

Necromancer: :(

Extra:
- Added Ancient Scroll Fragments - these are world drops and have a slightly higher chance to drop from super unique Monsters

Due to time constraints and because we want to publish it fully polished, the new map that you can access from these scrolls is currently disabled. We will patch this in the next few days.
We will also publish a Beta Version of our new Database within the next days. (Base Items, Uniques, Sets, Runewords, Misc Items)
